Legislative ThinkTank 2017
Created as a response to growing public frustration with the lawmaking process, the Legislative Think Tank was started by Georgia Representative Dar'shun Kendrick in 2015. Since that time, the public policy venue has grown, and in 2017, will be hosted on Saturday, October 28th from 9am to 1pm. This free forum is an excellent point of entry for voters who wish to engage in the lawmaking process, and for local leaders and future public servants. The topics of mental health, energy policy, and criminal justice were addressed during the 2016 forum. Please make sure to attend on Saturday, October 28th to hear a report on the progress of those legislative matters, and to engage in crafting policy on the matters identified below.
