Qatar is on the hot seat. Several countries in the Persian Gulf as well as other Arab nations have begun a blockade on the oil wealthy Arab state on accusations of supporting terror. Protests have mounted from London to Istanbul demanding that the blockade be lifted. But what is behind this blockade? Is it really about the Qatar’s alleged support for terrorism? Or is Qatar being punished for its independence? Can dialogue solve this issue? Join the Council as we unpack this complex crisis occurring in the gulf.
